Date and place of birth: 25th September 1848, Birtsmorton, Worcestershire. Twin of Harriet Mayo. Cert says was born "quarter past 11 in the night"

Date, place and cause of death: 8th May 1879 aged 31 at Marsh Longdon, Worcestershire. Died of 'pregnancy disease of heart and brain - convulsions'
Date and place of burial: 12th May 1879 at St Mary, Longdon. She was buried at the same time as baby daughter Emma Phipps aged 2 days.

Memorial inscription: None...I've visited this church and looked around the stones hoping there was one and had survived.
