Are all the English marriages indexed on Ancestry?

I'm looking for a marriage supposed to be 1917, but I've looked everywhere without success.

I'm thinking it might not have been in England.

Osmond Brock and Irene Francklin (nee Walker).

I can't find the old 'search through every page' bit on Ancestry.

It was in Scotland, so you would need to buy some credits for Scotland's People to look at it.

I know you don't need to now, but the easiest way to trawl the pages is to look up the surname (or another similar one if yours is rare) and check the image for someone else indexed on the same page.

Does that make sense? It's very early here! lol
