Im stuck with Suffolk finds and flicked all over , wonder if Im missing something ;;

I have Elizabeth Symons/ Symonds/ Simmonds b abt 1810 Cowlinge Suffolk
I am trying to find out who her father is, have looked through the Cowlinge census for there and found John b 1771 and Henry b abt 1810 wndering if this could be her father and brother ???
Any help would be much appreciated ;;

Have Elizabeth on 1841 Census married to hubby John Goymer

Can I just ask how you know her maiden name is Symons, please, Babs?

Ah, never mind, I've found their marriage on FamilySearch Record Search now with his surname given as Gormer (same as on some of the censuses), 11 Dec 1835 Cowlinge. Then there is a son Thomas baptised on the same day.

There is an Elizabeth Simons baptism 25 Jun 1809 at Cowling(e), parents John and Ann, date of birth 15 Mar 1809. So what you've found looks likely, but it might be worth getting a lookup of John Gormer and Elizabeth Symons' marriage to see names of witnesses etc. and that might help confirm it's the right family.
