These are from Dora's Post Mortem
There are a few words which remain 'difficult' despite googling

This is what I have so far:-
(1) Shewed some fractal lobulation, stripped easily. The Cortex was not diminished
nor the pipamids distorted. Early subacute p..................s ............s was present.
Stellate Veins well marked

(2) No T.B. or Dysentery - Ovaries sent to Claybury Laboratory for examination
P........ 2 Report General appearance of a fibertic condition

It actually says "foetal lobulation" - if you want to know more about that, google foetal lobulation of kidney. Pyramids, not pipamids (again, google for kidney pyramids if you want to know about those)

The other word is parenchymatous (soft spongy tissue)

And it looks like Prelimy report, short for Preliminary.

Oh, sorry, and it looks like "fibrotic", not "fibertic". Indicative of fibrosis.

Oh that's great :):):)
Doh .... of course it's Nephritis !
Thank you both but I'm still unsure about the pyramids
I did google yesterday and pipamids are something or other (forgotten)

yes .... pyramids

'General wasting of organs generally & of the musculature'

I'm querying the word 'generally' and if that's correct then would 'General wasting' be a medical term ?

It seemed odd that he'd repeat it (as in 'generally') so I wondered if I'd mis-deciphered  but if 'general wasting' is a legitimate medical term then that would explain it

my brain hurts again
