The 1841 census isn't All Hallows its Bethnal Green.

This could be Hannah's sister Elizabeth's baptism she is on page 2 they've messed up these entrys the registrar looks like he got in a right state with this lot.

http://search.ancestry.co.uk/iexec/?htx=View&r=5538&dbid=1558&iid=31547_212666-00173&fn=Elizabeth+Eleanor&ln=Wright&st=r&ssrc=&pid=6540039

and this one:-

http://search.ancestry.co.uk/iexec/?htx=View&r=5538&dbid=1558&iid=31281_A101324-00029&fn=Elizabeth+Eliza&ln=Wright&st=r&ssrc=&pid=663752

They both have the same date so it may be that they were copied correctly for a second time!!!! The two Vickerys and the Wright baptism are repeated.

I think you're right that baptism you have for Hannah isn't right.

Names of parents
William Henry Wright and Charlotte Smith (can't find my evidence for this mother's surname!!!

It's probably because you thought this was their marriage banns:-

http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin/sse.dll?indiv=1&rank=1&f8=william+henry&f10=wright&sx=&rg_81004011__date=1804&rs_81004011__date=0&rg_f51__date=&rs_f51__date=0&f37=&f47=&f49=&f23=&f24=&f18=charlotte&f19=&f28=&f29=&gskw=&prox=1&db=lmamarriages&ti=5538&ti.si=0&gss=angs-d&pcat=34&fh=0&h=4483850&recoff=1+2+3+21

But it's it St Saviour Southwark you usually find people marry and have children in the same place so I would expect to see them in Spitalfields or Bethnal Green marrying. Having said that I think I have TWO families that seemed to travel all over East London and crossed the Thames to the south and back again as well. I don't know how you came to William Henry Wright being Hannah's father I assume it's from her marriage cert...

Other than the ones on the 1841 Elizabeth, Maria, Eliza, Emma and George (oops I spotted George on another one)...

... have you caught up with any more of Hannah's siblings?
