how do I apply for a will?

Hi Everyone

I have just found that a distant relative left a will from the probate indexes on Ancestry. She was Cora Wright and died in 1917 Sheffield. I believe the two ladies that are named are here only two surviving children.

How do you apply for a will and how much does it cost? I have never done this before so any advice is much appreciated :)
