I am wondering if anyone lives in the above area please? I have left a post for someone on the "help offered" section, but notice that they haven't been on the thread since last year.

I am looking for photos of two particular streets.

Have you tried the new google thingy that has pictures of streets and houses? The name has slipped my mind.

Its called "Google Earth"

Google Street View - you go onto Google Maps and then you can move a little figure onto the map to see the street view.

Thank you all........will give it a try now, but I wonder if one is able to download the pics?

Yes, you can press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard and then open Microsoft Paint or something similar and paste the picture in, then save it. (But of course don't post the saved picture up on the internet as it is copyright to Google.)
