Have you tried altering the end of the email address from .co.uk to .com or vice versa?

Often works for me.

I seem to be having problems with ancestry too. I can get onto the site, but when I type in the info I have - especially with the census - it keeps telling me there are no records for that person - and I know there are. It doesn't even give me a list of similar names and dates like it used to. I have tried using Soundex as well, but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
At present I feel ancestry is giving me 'diddly squat' for my subscription fee.....grrrr

I was having trouble with it last night - the home page wouldn't work at all, whereas pages that I'd bookmarked worked normally. There must be a glitch at their end.

it was new router that was causing my problems so went back to old one

and i found that ancestry and safari are never going to get on either
sorry i am a bit late coming back but went on a ancestry binge lol
