Did your relatives die in Bethnal Green?

I would be grateful to know if your relatives died there and where they were buried in order to help me find the burials of Gertrude and her husband.

Gertrude died in Bethnal Green Hospital.

I have found the funeral directors for her husband but their records about this are in their loft and she didnt sound like she wanted to go up there.

Gertrude died 1985 and her husband in 2001.

Mine were:-

Chingford Mount
Woodgrange

but later on

Manor Park
City of London

Looking at your timescales I would say City of London is the first place to start.

Edit to say: The Bethnal Green hospital shut down in May 1986.
