The burial is on the NBI

26 Nov 1876 at St Mary and St Andrew, Whittlesford

Do you want the rest of the Maynard's buried there?

The NBI says she was 80 when she died so that would make her born c. 1796.

Doh, you have her age from the memorial wording.

Her ages are given as:

Apl 1827 full age
1841 35
1851 46 (b Herts, Standon)
1861 55 (b Herts, NK)

all the above are the same as her husband, who was born 18th Feb 1805.

1871 70 (husband dec'd) (b Herts, Wadesmill)
1876 80 (death registered by son and age same as gravestone)

Her children were born 1828-1843.

Her parents (if I have the right marriage!) were married in Feb 1800.

Her two siblings who also lived at Whittlesford and were both younger recorded their ages and place of birth in a more standard manner. I wondered if maybe she was either illegitimate or sensitive about being older than her OH?
