They have just updated it. Am I right in thinking that was the database where "Theatre of War" was wrong and it said "Aldershot" for nearly all the entries? If so, then they seem to have corrected it now so it says something more sensible.

Yes, you are right that this was the database that said Aldershot.

There was a little piece about it in one of the family history magazines a month or two ago; I reckon that spurred them on to correct it.

Yes, instead of my Grandfather being killed in action and Theatre of War was Aldershot, it now states Western European Theatre.

It is still misleading though: the Theatre of War for my great uncle is Home as he died at Brompton hospital. His cause of death though was shrapnel in the brain & supporating meningitis.
