Can someone clear up the tears?

Can anyone fix this for me please? :)

I'm so miffed my nan was going to give it to me over 20 yrs ago but I didn't take it as it would get ruined being ripped out of the album.... :mad: Then someone came along and what did they do? rip it out :mad:
I've had to snag it off of face book so I hope it is big enough?
