Who were the witnesses at Elizabeth and Edward's marriage, do you know, Sabrina?

Yes, they were John Hart (signed) and Mary Ann Hart. I think John was Edward's brother. Edward and Elizabeth were both of the parish and he signed the register.

There are a couple of Elizabeth baptisms at Marden, Herefordshire in 1797 on the IGI where the transcriber couldn't read the surname - one 25th Feb 1797, parents John and Jane, and the other 17th Sep, parents Thomas and Martha. But there are no Olivers with those parents' names in the batch (although there are lots of Olivers with other parents), so unlikely to be your Elizabeth. Have you looked for her baptism in the parish register in case it was missed off the IGI?

No, sadly I have not looked for her baptism in the register - it is not local and there are always easier lines to follow!!! I will get around to it one day ;)
Thank you for looking on the IGI Kite -it is a good sign that there are some Olivers in the parish.
