It looks as though it would be her middle name rather than maiden name.
Oh right , I just thought witht the others all having names underneath that it would have been her maiden name ;;;so no further forward with that then ;;;
Thanks Jay and Kate

Sorry, I don't get what you mean, Babs - none of the rest have maiden names underneath so that's why I think it's her middle name.
Her full name is given as Frances Hawes Sporne on some "submitted" IGI baptism entries for the children but whether that's right or not I have no idea.
Oh thats a funny name havnt got anything like that in tree ;;
Oh right I had better look at that baptism page again ;;Thanks Kite ;;

Her maiden name is given as Sporne on at least one of the children's baptisms on FreeREG too, which is much more reliable than an IGI submitted entry:
http://www.freereg.org.uk/
Search for William James Callaby baptised in 1836 in Docking and it gives Sporne as mother's maiden name.
Thanks Kite I thought I had found there marriage but it carnt be as maiden name was Sycamore hmmm so maybe ,,that was on freereg
Free reg has a baptism in 1813
For Francis [sic] Hawes
child of Samuel and Margaret SPORNE
MotherSurname HAWES
Family search is suggesting this date: 14 OCT 1833 Docking, Norfolk, England for William Callaby to Frances Sporne. It is submitted, but is capable of checking as well as being in the same village.

A marriage in 1833 won't show on Freereg as civil registration didn't start till 1837.

If you look at the Status info for the county you'll see that Marriages for Docking haven't been transcribed yet.
Oh right thanks Wendy didnt think of looking for that page ;;
