Thomas Strugnell of Bishops Waltham married Elisabeth Kind of Droxford 2 May 1747. This marriage is recorded in Phillimores as taking place in Winchester Cathedral.

Meanwhile, another Thomas Strugnell married Isabella Hunt in Petersfield 12 May 1748. No additional details provided. https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageviewer/collections/62421/images/62421_373055000119_1227-00110?backlabel=ReturnSearchResults&queryId=59d3d3d7cb1903e92140a8bcf13d6c54&pId=90732932

Thomas and Isabella’s family is fairly easy to construct, as there seems to have been only one couple with those names, and they produced children together roughly every three years. Isabella, widow of Thomas, was buried 22 September 1811 aged 86: https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageviewer/collections/62421/images/62421_314054000109_1423-00145?backlabel=ReturnSearchResults&queryId=9d9ef16d03c1881bff602de86d98e89c&pId=415266

So I appear to have three, if not four Thomas Strugnells all fathering children between 1748 and 1772. The Bursledon family appear to have stayed in one place. There are no helpful Strugnell wills in the period. I have plenty of DNA matches – to Isabella’s descendants.
The 1747 marriage has the partners of the right places to be Sarah’s parents, but were the couple genuinely childless for 8 years? And can anyone see another Thomas Strugnel (variously spelt/mistranscribed) marriage?

Ooh, well done, Kite! Hampshire is a challenging county because of the various boroughs. Portsmouth records are on Find My Past.

I have about 8 DNA matches, some over 20 cM, with the children of Thomas and Isabella, but that connection has got to be further back in time.

At least I now know there genuinely were THREE Thomases, all marrying at about the same time. (What's the bet they were all first cousins?)
