My 2x great grandmother Mary Ann Harber born according to the 1851 census, c 1813 in Newmarket, Suffolk. Father Thomas Harber, a carpenter.

She married Thomas Flack on 13th April 1840 at St James', Bury St Edmunds. She died 20th June 1857.

I found a possible baptism on FMP

Wood Ditton is only a few miles from Newmarket.

I can't find anything else on her or her parents.

Thomas isn't listed as deceased on the 1840 on her marriage cert but I do realise that means nothing.

I've been looking for more info on her for more than 40 years.

If she had siblings born after 1812 the father's occ should be given :)

The baptism is just Mary, not Mary Ann, and not many Suffolk records are available online yet. So maybe, maybe not.
