These two sisters, born respectively in 1869 and 1867 in Edgefield, Norfolk, were the daughters of Daniel Brown and Hannah nee Ford.

Like most families, the children dispersed widely. Here are the parents in 1911, where Hannah says she has given birth to nine children, all still living:

Here is the family in 1871, the only time that Sabina and Agnes appear under the same roof on a census:

So, where did they go?
Agnes has reached Hammersmith by 1891:

Sabina was still in Edgefield, but then she vanishes. Did she change her first name? Emigrate like her brother James?

A Robina Brown, father Daniel marries Richard Thomas Barnes, 25 Dec 1896 in Edgefield.

I can't see a birth for a Robina? But she continues to use that name in 1901. Could this be her?

Ooh, well done, Sue! The witnesses are Herbert and May Brown.

Robina Brown witnesses Herbert's marriage, and May is probably Kate May - both siblings of Robina/Sabina.

And in 1939, she's calling herself Sabina again!
