Does anyone know why children/babies would be baptised at Dulwich College, Dulwich, London, England. I am confused it's listed as the parish.

Is this what they are referring to?

Christ's Chapel of God's Gift is a church in Dulwich, a district of London, within the College of God's Gift complex. It was consecrated in 1616 by George Abbot, Archbishop of Canterbury, as the centre of Edward Alleyn's College of God's Gift which was to be established in 1619.

Dulwich is not a historic parish in Surrey

The college apparently has not only a chapel but a burial ground; not sure why, but the Wikipedia account of its foundation may help:
