2021/22 Census

I've just been reading about a man who was residing in Scotland last year when the English/Welsh/NI Census took place who has now moved to England.

He hasn't filled in a census form as he wasn't resident in England in 2021 nor Scotland in 2022.

I wonder how many others will be missing for our descendants to fail to find.
