I have just noticed this new collection on Ancestry.
https://www.ancestry.co.uk/search/collections/61802/
My ancestors buried at Holy Trinity, Brompton, aren't listed.

I'm sure this was transcribed by the World Archives Project volunteers, but it doesn't mention that in the information.
As far as I can see, Holy Trinity, Brompton, isn't included, Elizabeth.
Mile End in Portsmouth IS included. I have extracted entries from the frantic transcriptions taken, but that is either incomplete, or represents a small section of the cemetery as it doesn't include entries that I know exist.

It just says Mile End Gardens and there are only 3 pages with very little information.

Phoenix, if you look at the images, it says that 3,075 bodies were removed from Mile End Gardens and reinterred at Portsea Cemetery, but only 3 memorials / tombstones were removed, and the letter only gives details of those 3.

edit - snap, Elizabeth!
I wonder if there is a similar lack in the other recordings? What is on the Ancestry database, for Portsmouth at least, sounds like only the monuments considered worthy of removal. The rest were clearly in a parlous state, and there was a rush to do what could be done. For anyone interested, the information is held in Portsmouth's Record Office and several of my ancestors are memorialised there.
Pleased to find three of my Bannisters in Oldham, including a child who I didn't know existed.

Apparently these are also on Deceased Online, and have been for some time, so if you don't find what you are looking for on Ancestry, try on there.
