Struggling with a document in Latin

I'm looking at the sentence of John Stace (1600), but sadly the two years of Latin I did at school 50 years ago aren't up to the job, and what I'm getting out of Google translate doesn't make much sense. Can some kind soul give me the gist of what it says? I don't need a complete translation unless you're very keen!

The main characters are John Stace of Hollenden, Leigh, Kent (died 1591), his widow Mildred Stace als Martin, who married Mr Martin in 1597, and John's son George Stace. The clerk must have let his attention wander, because it lapses into English for a few lines in the middle.

I think Elizabeth is your woman for this, but it looks as if the bone of conention is the bit omitted from the codicil, where Mildred does not have to pay any tithes to George for sixty years. Was her husband Ambrose, by any chance?

Yes, Mildred married John Martyn. No idea who Ambrose Martyn was, but it seems that relations between the Staces and the Martyns were difficult!
