No, I can't beat that. The oldest person in my tree is Ann Smith, 1800-1900 and I have a couple of photos of her probably taken around 1890, as her husband had photos taken at the same time and he died in 1893.

I also have a few photos of people born before 1800, taken in the 1860s and 1870s and a few early photos, taken in the 1850s, but they are of younger people. Some are posted on the Family Photos board on this site:

102 is going to take some beating.
Not the oldest, but I have one of the tallest, Fred Kempster. His photos can be found on Google. Fred is my 2nd cousin 2x removed.

3xg aunt Amelia Julia Atkinson was a youthful 97 when she died in 1925.She emigrated to NZ aged
25 & had 12 children. I have a couple of photos of her in later life, including one which appears in
the Otago Early Settlers Museum.

Different era to everyone else. 2nd cousin twice removed Dot 1912 -2017 (104 and 6 months).

Edit to add I unfortunately never met her but do have several photos of her.

I think I can probably win the prize on this one, although the lady isn't a very close relation, and I never met her: Dorothy Sarah Baldwin, my 4th cousin once removed, who died in 2014, just a few weeks before her 112th birthday.

This photo was taken on her 109th birthday:
