Never heard of Hezia but Kezia is a name!

John Worswick
16 Apr 1832 Liverpool, St Peter Kezia, Basketter

That's the Ancestry transcription. The marriage was at St Peter's Liverpool. John is recorded as a warehouseman and Kezia as a spinster. Marriage by banns, both signed. Witnesses Alexander Worswick and Martha Pennant.

I started with looking for a birth reg for Sarah Ann about 1842 to pick up her mmn but didn't find one! If the names were rarer I'd probably look harder, but everything fits (date, place, names) so seems like it should be the one.

Wisbech and Ely may be in the same county but they are about 20 miles apart!

There are images of Wisbech BTs on Family Search if you feel like ploughing through for her baptism!!

This is probably her death reg, though she seems to have lost a few years given she was married in 1832:

Deaths Dec 1876 (>99%)
Worswick Kezia 58 Liverpool 8b 114

Is there a Romany connection? Kezia Basketter sounds Romany to me.
