Mary Wilson aged 29 and son John aged 10. somewhere in North Wales? Ancestry says Plew but I can't find such a place.

It says NW which I took as North Wales, Pembrokeshire is more mid or south.

Pwllheli is in the North Wales.

There is an illegitimate John Williams birth Jan-Mar 1861 Pembroke. But could well be a different person from your John.
