Oh I've got one like that but it's the next generation back. Take One 3x Great-Grandmother. All I know about her is her first name and her date and place of burial. Nothing else at all. I can only summise her year of birth from her age at burial.

Presumably they are the couple William age 80 and Maggie age 77 in 1911, both born Co Sligo, married 30 years, no children born of their marriage.

If only the FamilySearch RecordSearch worked like FreeBMD and you could specify possible spouses' names! There are a few William Galla(g)her marriages listed for 1880-1 and lots of Margaret or Maggie McDermotts, but I can't see any with matching details, although I haven't gone through them properly yet.

It is very frustrating. I looked through those records Kite, and as you say, it's impossible to even make educated guesses. I've no idea where they might have married and whether the nice round figure of "30 years" as on 1911 census is correct, or just rounded up or down by a very elderly couple who can't actually remember clearly!

She has a child born 1873, so was presumably widowed and remarried after that.
