I’m trying to kill off William Edmonds (born 1769).
He and his wife Keziah lived in Streatham, Surrey. Their last child was born there in 1804. William was a baker, and there are directory entries for William Edmonds, baker, in Tooting until 1808 which I think is probably him.
Keziah was buried 13 Jan 1813 at St Martin in the Fields (Kusiah Edmonds of Arnold Court, age 44). https://www.ancestry.co.uk/interactive/1559/31547_213346-00353/10317288?backurl=http%3a%2f%2fsearch.ancestry.co.u k%2fcgi-bin%2fsse.dll%3fdbid%3d1559%26gsfn%3dkusiah%26gsln %3dedmonds%26cp%3d0%26msddy%3d1813%26hc%3d20%26new %3d1%26rank%3d1%26uidh%3d584%26redir%3dfalse%26msT %3d1&backlabel=ReturnSearchResults&queryId=32f4909eb881c64cb3280f3cd41ff21f

Two of their daughters also married at St Martin in the Fields in 1810/1814 so it’s likely the family had moved to that area. But so far, no trace of a burial for William.

I have had a look, but I didn't find one in either of the likely places, but of course there are lots in other parts of London.

Yes, that's the problem with a relatively common name in London. Most frustrating!
