Hi. Thanks for looking.
I have found the burial entry for Thomas Drinkwater. He is buried 3 March 1886 in Aston, Warwickshire, aged 98. I believe this is slightly out as he was christened in 1791 in Leigh, Gloucestershire.
In 1881 he is in Birmingham Workhouse (aged 90 - Pauper Inmate)
In 1871 he is in Gloucester with his nephew and his family (aged 80). His wife is still alive and living away from him in Wheatenhurst.
In 1861 he is in Easington, Gloucestershire.
In 1841 and 1851 he is in Hartpury, Gloucestershire.
He married in 1815 and his wife went to prison in 1821 and in the early 1850s.
Ancestry has thrown up this Find A Grave as a hint.

The parish matches. The date of death would link with the burial I have.
But I am unsure - the age is given as 101. This family were poor - would they have been able to afford a gravestone?
There is another name on the grave too - John C Westwood, died 19 May 1886. The index tells me he was age 5.
Any thoughts?
