Converting a PDF certificate to JPG or similar

I have the instructions for a very simple way to do this on my computer somewhere, but I can't find them!

Can anyone refresh my memory? It was very simple.

I've found an online convertor thing but it takes a lot of time. If the computer has the facility I'll try that.
