Update - not sure whether they released this by mistake and have now withdrawn it?

The Cheshire Parish Registers are showing up as new on ancestry, but the Card Catalogue currently says number of records - 0, and there is no browse option. So I don't know how many records there are or which parishes are included. The "about" section says images are included, but I haven't managed to find any so far. Also the search results are terrible at the moment, not showing event type, event date, or place, but I think the same was happening to me on a different database earlier, so hopefully it has actually been indexed properly and is just glitching at the moment!

I don't know whether it includes anything which isn't already on Findmypast.

or maybe this URL:

Maybe try it tomorrow?

Ah, just realised it was posted up as a collection instead of database - maybe they have to split it up into pre-1813 general registers, and separate post-1813 baptisms, post-1813 burials, and post-1754 marriages as separate databases?

what is the difference between a collection and database?

A collection is a set of databases, Toni, or at least it is on ancestry. On FamilySearch a collection is the same as a database though.

Actually, no, it looks as though ancestry have replaced databases with collections, so they are the same thing on there too. But I would still expect the Cheshire Parish Registers to be split into general registers, post-1813 baptisms, post-1813 burials, and post-1754 marriages.
