I am completely stuck on this one and going around in circles. If they could just spell the name consistently it would help!
If you want to come around in circles with me, see what you make of this - sorry it is rather long!
Mary Ann Chiveriel certainly married George James Champion 6 November 1895 and on the marriage certificate she says her father was Frederick Chiveriel law stationer.
Two of the witnesses were Frederick and May Chiveriel.

1911 she says she is b c1863 Brixton Middlesex
1901 her sister is with them Florence Chiveril b c1866 Brixton
https://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=uki1901&indiv=try&h=7990407
There is a birth of Florence Maria Chifferiel Dec q1865 Holborn mmn Grout
William also a law stationer and the brother of Frederick, married Emma Grout, and there are a number of children mmn Grout.
1939 Mary Ann Champion was born 18 May 1862 - I cannot find a birth registration and I have tried all manner of spelling Chiveriel.
There is a Frederick Chiveriel/Chifferiel b c1820 or 1826 Middlesex who is a law stationer, 1851 and 1861 he is married to Mary Ann b c1826 Lincolnshire
https://www.findmypast.com/transcript?id=GBC/1871/0003437051
They have a daughter Alice Mary 1863 Surrey, possibly registered as Alice Maud Mary Chifferiel June q 1862 Lambeth, mmn Champion
1939 there is Alice M Chifferiel born 8 April 1862, and Alice Mary Chifferiel spinster died 6 June 1940
She is the only child that appears with Frederick on the 1871 and 1881 census.
Frederick the law stationer died in 1883 so the witness at the marriage of Mary Ann and James George Champion is not him.
There is a Frederick Chiveriel born March 6 1868 West Ham, mmn Warner
When that Frederick married in 1898 he named his father as Frederick Chiveriel lithographer.

Other births with mmn Warner that I have managed to find are
Harriet b Sept q 1858 Islington
Maria b Dec q 1860 Islington
In 1861 I have found
Harriet CHIVERIEL b c1832 Bethnal Green, living St Giles Camberwell, married with no husband at home, and daughters Harriet b c1858 Islington and Maria b c1861 Islington
https://www.findmypast.com/transcript?id=GBC/1861/0002524616
I cannot find them after that, but possibly there is a death for Harriet CHEVERIEL b c1832 in 1877 Epping Essex
Interestingly when Frederick the law stationer died, one of the people on the probate was Benjamin Warner silk manufacturer, he was b c1829 Bethnal Green, so same place as Harriet CHIVERIEL (possibly nee WARNER)
in 1841 Benjamin has sister Harriet b c1831, and 1851 she appears to be b Bethnal Green.
I cannot find any marriage for Frederick Cheveriel/Chefferiel at all nor Chi* or Che* to anyone Champion or Warner.
Unless there are two of them and I have not found the other one. I am beginning to think he led a double life with two families, certainly Alice Mary and Mary Ann cannot have had the same mother as they are born 2 months apart.
