I hated finding myself in the Welsh Valleys, with so many similar names they have been very difficult to sort out!

This one is probably impossible, the surname, initial, and congress registration address is all I have to work with. The man will certainly be ordained, but might be resident outside the UK and attending the congress.

I can't see a mention of Aberaman against any of the T Joneses in the 1932 Crockford's.

Barry Dock News 5 Jul 1918
Preferment for Barry Clergyman
The Rev Thomas Jones, MA, curate of Merthyr Dyfan and St Paul's, Barry, has been offered... preferment to the charge of the new ecclesiastical district of Abercwmboi, in the parish of Aberaman, in the Aberdare Valley. The living, we understand, has been accepted by Mr Jones. The new vicar of Abercwmboi is a native of Cardigan, and for four years was curate of Aberdare.... He has identified himself with the Cymrodorion movement at Barry...

This is the entry for that Thomas Jones in the 1932 Crockford's, but I still don't know whether he is the person you are after!
