George Ford 49 b IOW
Elizabeth Ford 32 b Portsmouth
George Ford 11 b Gosport
Albert Ford 9 " "
William Ford 4 " "
Fred Ford 2 " "
Thomas C Ford 1/12 "
George died in 1904. It looks as if the family fell apart. By 1911, William, Fred, Thomas, and Percy who was born in 1905 were all in Portsmouth Children's Home. The family story was that George and Albert emigrated to Canada. It looks as if they were shipped out as children.
I have been contacted by someone whose ancestor was born in Delta, British Columbia.
I have found a George Ford b 1889 in Nanaimo, British Columbia in the 1911 census.
Can anyone find him subsequently?
