I was intrigued by this baptismal entry (mistranscribed):

The baby's name was Talitha-cumi.
I googled and found this:
Dictionaries - Easton's Bible Dictionary - Talitha cumi
Talitha cumi [S]
( Mark 5:41 ), a Syriac or Aramaic expression, meaning, "Little maid, arise." Peter, who was present when the miracle was wrought, recalled the actual words used by our Lord, and told them to Mark.
This must be one of the most unusual names I have found. I haven't yet found out what happened to the baby. There is a burial the year before for a Talitha Alexander in the same place (Devizes, Wiltshire).
