I think this marriage is of Susan Markham nee Retinger to Thomas Weller, painter. Her father, John was an ironmonger,

If I have the right Susan, she had a single daughter with Henry Markham, a milkman, but the little girl died aged 3 in 1855, and I have no idea where Susan went to.
