Michael Sheard m 1764 Kirkheaton, York

Hi Everyone,

I have found the marriage recorded for 20/9/1764 at Kirkheaton, Yorkshire, of Michael Sheard and Elizabeth Mallinson, recorded on both Family Search and Ancestry.

Could someone find the image please?

I think it could be mistranscribed, as the images are online for Kirkheaton, but I can't find it through the index and I'm rubbish at finding it looking through images on FS.

There are so many Sheards in Yorkshire, that I thought I wouldn't be able to trace them back, but fortunately the family I am following ,:D:D keep throwing in maiden names as Second Christian Names. phew

The image is on Ancestry. It's very faint, but I'm pretty sure it does say Sheard (if that's the bit you were wondering about)

For what it's worth the second witness seems to be John Sheard. I'm not too sure about the first witness!
