Please can someone tell me their interpretation of the first entry on the page for burials on the right-hand side. Daughter of Rev. John Williams.

Penellape - if you go to the bottom of next page there's a Peter son of James Philipps which is how I came to that conclusion as the capital and lower p's are similar.
