I have the reference from familysearch: RG09 Piece/Folio 1024 / 133 p5

My gt x 3 grandfather Daniel Moore age 75 carpenter is down as an inmate. Can someone kindly tell me what is the name of the institution?

I read the description of the enumeration district but it doesn't seem to mention anything that sounds like an institution other than a Roman Catholic school, so I'm at a bit of a loss at the moment.

The parish is St Andrew the Less in Cambridge, so I suppose if you look here:

....it's probably the workhouse of that parish.

Browsing backwards from the page with Daniel Moore on, you get to William Thomas Bourds(?), Master of Workhouse.
