That's good; I'm using FMP more and more recently, because they've added a lot of PRs in the counties I'm interested in.

Their transcriptions of very old records aren't always brilliant, but the great advantage of FMP over Ancestry in my opinion is that there are no restrictions on how you use wildcards, which makes it far easier to find incorrectly transcribed names.

They also don't have a separate database for general registers, so you can search for all baptisms, for example, of any date (very useful if you don't know the exact year), whereas with Ancestry you have to search the pre-1813 records separately.
