I'm sorting through all my paperwork here. A mammoth task.

I have a marriage year (no idea if it's correct) and I need to see if the bride is a widow or spinster.

After my near death experience last year, my brain is mush and almost every resource I have used is lost in the ether that used to contain my brain.

FreeREG and ancestry.

Thanks...It was FreeReg I couldn't think of. Either Ancestry is playing with me or they don't have it.

What year are we talking about Libby? If it is after 1839 Bath BMD will have the church but not whether they were widowed or not. If it is your posh relations the local newspapers are quite good.
