Looking through the censuses, these could be Christopher and then his widow:

1800 Pennsylvania Septennial Census - Whiteley, Greene Co: Christopher Young
1800 US Census - Whiteley, Greene Co: Stophel Young: 2 males under 10, 1 male 26-44, 3 females under 10, 1 female 45+ (I wonder whether this was in the wrong column?)
1810 US Census - Wayne, Greene Co: Hannah Young: 2 males under 10, 1 male 10-15, 3 females under 10, 1 female 16-25, 1 female 26-44
1820 US Census - Wayne, Greene Co: Johanah Young: 2 males 10-15, 1 male 16-25, 1 male 45+, 1 female under 10, 1 female 16-25, 1 female 26-44, 1 female 45+
1830 US Census - Wayne, Greene Co: Johannah Young: 1 male under 5, 1 male 20-29, 1 female under 5, 1 female 15-19, 1 female 20-29, 1 female 40-49, 1 female 50-59.

If so then it looks as though Christopher died between 1800 and 1810.

There is an Andrew Young in the same places who may or may not be Christopher's brother.

It looks as though some of your info may come from here, or from the same sources as this? Not had time to read it all yet, but posting the link so we can easily find it for ref:

Merry, the link is posted below by Kiterunner. I thought I had posted it and I did not. My apologies! My grandfather was Harland Blair Young. He did a lot of research trying to find more out about Christopher Young, but passed away before figuring it out. I am hoping to gain access to his research soon. His computer with everything on it was damaged when my parents house was struck by lightning:(

Looking through the public trees on ancestry, many have Christopher as born 1769 or 1771 Erie, PA, parents Hans Adam Young or just Adam Young (Jung) and Elizabeth Raven, married Johanna Lige Burge Apr 1792 Harrisburg, Dauphin, PA, but none that I saw had a link to an actual source for any of this apart from "Ancestry family trees", so we need to find something to confirm it all. If his father was German then he was probably christened Hans Adam Jung but known as Adam.

Some of those trees have Hans Adam's dob as 22 Feb 1723, in Germany, and his death as 1795 or 1796, with his marriage to Elizabeth as 1744. But I will have to look through them tomorrow to see whether any of them have sources on that (it's getting late here now.)

Thank you so much! I am limited in my research as I cannot afford, at the time, to pay for ancestry or to travel to places to search through records. Any help is very, very much appreciated. Thank you so much!

This looks very useful:
http://www.genealogy.com/ftm/f/r/e/Lisa-K-Freeman-MI/GENE1-0012.html

It includes a transcription of the will of Elizabeth Young, widow of Adam Young, of Hopewell, Bedford County, PA, signed 10 Mar 1810, with an addition signed 11 Feb 1811, and it mentions her son Christopher Young, among others.

The following link is to the home page of that family tree and it includes an email address for the owner of the tree, although since it says last updated in 2003, the email address may turn out not to be current. But if you do manage to contact the tree owner, they may have more info to share with you.
