My immediate thought was Boys Brigade. Looked closer and saw his bugle. I remember the sound of them marching an a Sunday when I was a child. Sometimes those first pop in the head thoughts are right though so could it belong to that organisation?


Just Googled Boys Brigade uniform circa 1932 and I could well be correct.
