Have you managed to get a copy of her marriage certificate, Jeannie? And if so, does it say anything about her parents on there?
Edit - never mind, I found the marriage record on ancestry but there is no information about parents.

Jeannie, do you know whether there is actually a Westtown in New Jersey? I can't find any trace of it.

Also, some records have her middle initial down as T rather than J. I don't suppose you know what her full middle name was, do you, please?

I was confused too by the middle initial and no there is no Westtown New Jersey. I checked records in Westtown Pa and New York but did not find anything. New Jersey is listed on several census records and her daughters birth certificate so I am leaning toward that being true,

I found this article that may or may not clear up the confusion about Westtown New Jersey. This may be worth me looking into further.

If you look carefully at Bertha's middle initial on the marriage record and compare it to the other J's and T's on the image, it is actually a T. For instance, compare with Thomas A Williams at the bottom of the page and New Jersey. I have submitted a correction on ancestry.
