His baptism is on the LMA records along with four siblings. The surname has been spelled Carson, without the S.

Bap 6th June 1875 born 23rd Sept 1864. Parents Joseph (a tailor) and Elizabeth. Address 25 Marylebone Lane.

Arthur's G x2 grandparents spelt it Carson without the 'S', I wonder when it was changed?
