From my 5x-great-grandparents thread I have Rebecca Newton of Heydour.
Her estate was probated on 7th July 1773.
Her burial is here on the right-hand page, 3rd entry in the burials:
http://search.findmypast.co.uk/record/browse?id=gbprs%2flincs%2fheydour_par_1_3%2f0143&parentid=gbprs%2flincs%2fheydour_par_1_3%2f0143
http://www.lincstothepast.com/Records/RecordDisplayTranscript.aspx?oid=705216&iid=383752
Please note on the left-hand page there is the burial of Rebecca Newton, a maiden, on 14th March 1774. This is her daughter.
So, I originally had Rebecca Newton the mother being buried on 17th May 1775. However, probate was in 1773.
If you look at the bottom of the left-hand page, after the 1774 entries it clearly states as a heading that the 1773 entries follow. The 1775 entries seem to be on the previous page!
So, can I say with some certainty that Rebecca Newton the mother was buried in 1773 and her daughter in 1774?
