This looks likely to be her baptism, from the Bishop's Transcripts for Penwortham on ancestry:
15 Feb 1767 Ellen daughter of John and Margt Billington of Longton.

And a likely marriage for her parents: John Billington married Margaret Hindle 10 May 1763 at Penwortham, both OTP.
