According to her burial Troth Harrison was born about 1751.

She married John Sivers/Severs at Well, North Yorkshire in 1772.

She was buried at Well in Nov 1833.

She's been a long standing brickwall, I had hoped the Yorkshire records on findmypast might reveal something, but they haven't, well to me anyway.

I can't find anything. Do you have the names of the witnesses from her marriage, Jay?

Thanks for checking Kate.

Yes I do, Richd Watson & Richard Sever, I presume he is a relation of John's.

I suppose that burial on the NBI is a relative (couple of miles from Well):

2 Mar (or May depending on what month '3' is) 1745 Troth Harrison bur at St Mary's, Masham, N Yorks.

But without knowing if she is an adult or child or anything else, it doesn't help much!

Don't know how common the name Troth is, not come across any more in my tree, I know Harrison is common but I guess it's possible there is a connection.

27 Nov 1698 at St Mary's Masham

Troth Smith

Coming back to this after 5 years i've just found what appears to be her baptism on FMP!

Troth the daughter of John Harrison of Masham baptised April 5th 1750.

I'm guessing at some point the Yorkshire PR's have been updated as that definitely was online 5 years ago.

Now to see what I can find about John and work out if the burial and marriage Merry found are connected.
