Does anyone know what column 5 is for?

The heading is O, V, S, P or I

Many pages are blank for everyone, but now I'm looking at an institution they are all filled in. My great-grandmother is a P and she was a patient in an asylum, so what is O (for someone who I think was a staff member in another institution)?

According to the National Archives, it is Officer, Visitor, Servant, Patient, Inmate.
