Could anyone with an Ancestry or FMP sub please do me a favour re above?

I'm looking to confirm the birth date of Rebecca, daughter of Abraham & Sarah

Andrews, b Woburn area, Beds. Hopefully, it will be around 1828 as the one

I'm interested in was 13 in 1841. I believe she had an older sister, Sarah.

Thanks in anticipation.

Vita.

I can't see her on either ancestry or FMP, Vita. Which particular database(s) do you think she is in?

I tried too, and I can't find her on the 1841 census either.

I see from FamilySearch that a Charles Andrews, son of Sarah Andrews, was baptised in Woburn in 1825. I haven't found him yet on the censuses, though.

This could be the 1841 census entry:

I searched as well on both FMP and Ancestry and couldn't find a match.

One record interested me in the non-conformist collection on Ancestry, though. From Wooburn (is this the same as Woburn?).

There is a Rebekah Andrews, born 22 April 1831 and baptised on 22 May 1831 to James, a brickmaker of Holtspur, and Elizabeth.

On the same page, there is the baptism of a Sarah Andrews, daughter of Samuel, brickmaker of Beggar, and Elizabeth.

Thanks all - sorry to have taken so long replying, but bit of an OH crisis at the moment.

One night spent in hospital last week & paramedics called yesterday, but fingers crossed,

he seems to be stabilised now.

Back to Rebecca - I picked up an old online post from a descendant of Abraham Andrews

b Woburn 1800 naming two daughters, Sarah & Rebecca. Sarah was b in 1823 & m

William Gollop in Deptford in 1843, witnesses Robert & Elizabeth Swallow.

The post doesn't give a b date for Rebecca, but sys she was b

This looks to be William Gollop and Sarah in 1851 but it says Sarah was born in Woolwich, Kent, around 1819-20:

Sorry - bad finger slip!

Yes, that's them - names match the post I saw. Thanks.

I was going to say that post says Rebecca was b Woburn.

In 1829 my 5xg/grandmother Mary Ann Atkinson m Abraham Andrews, b abt 1776

Woburn. Both were widowed. In 1841 Mary Ann's youngest son Samuel Hughes Atkinson

had a 13 yr old Rebecca Andrews in his household (thread Samuel Hughes Atkinson

refers) but we were unable to link her at the time. Seeing the Woburn connection got

me interested again, though I realise Abraham b 1800 is not the one who married my

Mary Ann, but possibly his son?

Probably no help in learning more about Mary Ann, but useful none the less.
