Mostly from the 18th century but some from 1829:

These were indexed by the World Archives Project volunteers and I think I did nearly all of them myself!
What is a Roman Catholic oath?
As you can guess I am not Catholic.

I don't think you would be more likely to know the answer if you were Catholic, Toni. But it explains in the information about the database if you click my link.
It's a shame my lot in Yorkshire weren't RC but Wesleyans and I think had adult baptisms!!!!

There are some non-Catholics included in the records. I know there were some Quakers and other non-conformists, and also there are names of tenants who may or may not have been Catholics.
