I've just received three emails in three minutes from the above asking me how I rate fmp customer service. This is part of the message:
We'd love to hear what you think of our customer service. Please take a moment to answer one simple question by clicking either link below:
How would you rate the support you received?
Good, I'm satisfied
Bad, I'm unsatisfied
Here's a reminder of what your ticket was about:
After this there is a copy of the message I sent them (a different version with each of the three emails). They have also managed to address me as 'Sarah Montgomery nee Burchill' which is surprising - how would they know that?
Anyway I was just going to respond but first I thought I'd google findmypast Zendesk which turned up nothing, so I thought I'd ask here first.
